About Oliver.

Authentic stories, interesting people and a connection to the outdoors sit at the heart of the work I love to make. There's something particularly rewarding about working with brands and people who genuinely care about what they do and finding the human stories behind a place, pursuit or journey.

Much of my life outside of filmmaking is spent surfing, climbing and exploring, with a natural appreciation for environments that are real, raw and unpredictable. Above all, it’s about walking in-step with good people and creating films that feel honest, considered and true to the subject, the people involved and the places they come from.

01 / PRODUCTION

OPERATIONAL

I work with brands from the earliest stages of an idea, helping shape stories that feel considered and true to who they are. Alongside shot lists, references and treatments, I can often help identify gaps in a brand’s wider communication and suggest where film and content could work harder for them. It’s a collaborative, consultative approach - finding the story before we start shooting it.

02 / SHOOT

ON SET

I’m a self-shooting Producer/Director, taking ideas from concept through to the finished frame. I shoot, direct and light. Being able to handle these roles myself allows me to work in a lean, stripped-back environment, while I also enjoy being part of a larger team and taking on a more specialised role when the scale of a shoot calls for it.

03 / POST

EDIT & DELIVERY

I take care of the full finishing process - editing, colour and sound. I’m interested in creating films that feel natural, immersive and considered, with every element working together to support the story. The aim is always to make the finished piece feel like an honest extension of the people, place and brand behind it.
